Healthy Swaps: “Cheezy” Chickpea Linguini with Veggies (vegan, low carb, high protein)

2 ounces Banza Chickepea Linguini

2 TBS Nutritional Yeast

1/4 cup overnight soaked cashews

Fresh Rosemary

Thyme

Garlic cloves

Heirloom Tomatoes

Shiitake Mushrooms

Spinach

Salt + Pepper to taste

Blend the rosemary, nutritional yeast and soaked cashews. Cook the low carb pasta per directions. Sauté the garlic, tomatoes, spinach, shiitake mushroom. Devour 🤤
