Anti-aging Waffle Recipe (keto, sugar free, dairy free)

RECIPE:

- 4 TBS coconut flour

- 1 TBS monk fruit sweetener

- 4 large egg whites

- 1/4 cup vegan milk

- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract

- 1 TBS unsweetened applesauce

- 1 tsp coconut oil

Mix dry and wet ingredient separately, combine and add oil, let sit for 5 minutes to thicken then pour into a waffle maker and enjoy with your favorite toppings! I used sesame butter and vegan dark chocolate chips which are strong antioxidants for anti-inflammatory and anti aging benefits 💋
